Betty Rose Bass Littrell, 88, of Red Springs, North Carolina, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.

Betty was born on June 27, 1938, in Robeson County, North Carolina, to the late Edward Bass and Ruth Lamb Bass. She was a homemaker and a member of Antioch Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Littrell; and her stepsons, Tony Littrell and Michael Littrell.

Betty is survived by her son, Kirk Leach and his wife, Cindy, who made their home with her in Red Springs; her stepdaughter, Wanda Littrell Dew (Hasty); her grandchildren, Jessica Leach and her friend, Carl Pate; Carrie Lane and her husband, Donovan Lane; Angie Dew; Justin Dew and his wife, Cheyanna; and Josh Dew and his wife, Kari; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Her family and friends will cherish her memory.
